The product is made from importedpre-oxygenwire, which is made by carbonization, graphitization and so on. Thisproduct isproduced by continuous carbonization equipment with good smoothness,uniformthickness and stable performance index.
Compared with ordinary PAN-based carbonfelt and graphite felt,oxidized silk felt has the advantages of softness, goodtensile strength, lowdensity, long service life, good heat-resistantradiation, non-powdered fiberand less irritating to skin.
Can be used in all kinds of vacuumresistance furnace, inductionfurnace, sintering furnace, thermal insulationeffect is excellent. And can beused in high-temperature gas and molten metalfiltration, electrolyticelectrodes, low-temperature engineering insulation andso on.
Performance is higher than ordinaryPAN-based carbon felt,graphite felt. The oxide wire carbon felt produced byour company.
